Under this Scheme incentives is given to the candidates who have passed the Indian Civil Services Examination conducted by the Union Public Service Commission and the Uttarakhand State and Upper Subordinate Services (Direct Recruitment) Combined Competitive Examination and Higher Judicial Service/Provincial Civil Service (Judicial) Direct Recruitment Examination conducted by the Uttarakhand Public Service Commission for the preparation of competitive examinations for minority students in Uttarakhand
