Details of Important Upcoming Programs/Goals
- To make all welfare programs operated by the Minority Welfare Department such as scholarship schemes, the Hon’ble Chief Minister Minority Incentive Scheme, Special Grant for Education of Meritorious Minority Girls, and all loan schemes operated by the corporation online, and ensure payments through PFMS.
- To provide loans to all eligible beneficiaries under the employment-oriented loan schemes operated by the Uttarakhand Minority Welfare and Waqf Development Corporation Ltd.
- To train all applicants under the “Hunar Yojana” (Skill Scheme) according to their demand and provide them loans to start their own businesses.
- To develop infrastructure facilities as per the needs of minorities in minority-dominated areas for their economic and educational development.
- To encourage students studying in madrasas by providing them educational facilities as well as support for various extracurricular activities.
- To implement e-governance by achieving 100% computerization of Waqf records.
- To recognize the Munshi, Maulvi/Aalim, and Fazil examinations conducted by the Uttarakhand Madrasa Education Board as equivalent to mainstream qualifications.
- To provide financial grants to all eligible girls under the Chief Minister Girl Child Incentive Scheme.
