Minority Welfare and Wakf Development Corporation

Introduction: The Uttarakhand Minority Welfare and Waqf Development Corporation is an undertaking of the Minority Welfare Department of the Uttarakhand Government.

This corporation was established on January 6, 2005, under Section 25 of the Companies Act, 1956. The authorized capital of the corporation is 10 crores, against which the paid-up share capital is 804.90 lakhs. This corporation has been designated as the State Channelizing Agency of the National Minority Development and Finance Corporation by the Uttarakhand Government.
